AÅŸiyan is a highly experienced international legal consultant, mediator, and project manager with over 15 years of expertise in designing, implementing, and evaluating large-scale development projects across Türkiye, the Middle East, South and Central Asia, and Europe.
She has worked extensively with international organizations, government agencies, and civil society to advance rule-of-law initiatives, alternative dispute resolution (ADR) mechanisms, and business and human rights compliance.

Asude is a seasoned international consultant, trainer, and facilitator with expertise in corporate social responsibility and labor conditions. She has designed and implemented labor rights and dispute resolution strategies across Türkiye, the Middle East, and Europe.
Asude has worked with international organizations to advance social auditing, mediation, and CSR initiatives, backed by a Master’s in Human Rights Law and specialized mediation certification internationally.
